Company History
In 2005 Nicholas Wautier broke into the computer repair market under the guidance of Tom P. Ross at RTS Computers in Casco, WI. As part of a combined effort with Algoma's Portside Family Restaurant, Nick created Wireless Waitress, a system for wireless order entry in the food service environment. In an effort to offer quicker results with a higher level of quality, he obtained the programming expertise of Rick Estel, a long-time friend and business partner. Together, they have formed New Revolution Software, with the goal of bringing new technologies into existing businesses without breaking the bank.
After four years of successful testing with minimal software issues, the team expanded to three members, with the addition of Tim Way, and began a redesign that is planned to bring Wireless Waitress 2.0 to market in 2011.
